Who handles the information
Global Future AI Ventures, led by Alexander Michaels, operates this preview. For questions or a request about your data, contact Alexander through the consultation link below and identify your request. The legal entity address and dedicated privacy contact must be finalized before the main-domain launch.
Consultation enquiries
The form collects your name, work email, company, employee band, objective and current systems. Website and challenge details are optional. We use this information to respond to your request and prepare your consultation. Your consent covers this enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. The admin workspace requires authentication and uses a secure session cookie. Only authorized workspace access should be shared. Unconverted enquiry records are intended to be reviewed after 12 months; automated deletion is not yet configured in this preview.
Calendly
After you submit the introduction, Calendly loads its scheduling page. Calendly handles appointment details under its own privacy terms. The website records an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment.
Chat and AI
Before an API key is connected, the chat uses a limited site guide. Once enabled, messages are sent to OpenAI to generate answers from approved business information. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information. Application chat transcripts are not stored in our prospect database. Provider processing follows its own terms.
Cookies and external services
This preview has no advertising or analytics tracking. It uses an essential admin session cookie and the functional gfv-language cookie, which remembers your selected language for one year. Language and currency choices are also saved in your browser’s local storage until you change them or clear browser data; the current currency and lead-volume selection are kept for the browser session. Google Fonts and Calendly, when you open booking, receive connection information such as your IP address.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information through Alexander. Do not submit information you do not want used to prepare a consultation. Additional privacy disclosures will be completed before public launch.
